Immune Boost Medicine Making Workshop

Cold and flu season is knocking at our door but we're going to answer with some tasty herbal remedies that boost our immune system and help keep us well. Roll up your sleeves and hop in the kitchen with Community Herbalist Megan Schooley to learn how to make immune-supporting elderberry syrup, fire cider and herbal chai, and share in conversation about immune boosting strategies for you and your family. Each participant will leave the workshop with syrup and cider to take home with them.

This workshop is from 9am-12:30pm on Saturday, November 16th at Sawtooth Botanical Garden and costs $75.

This workshop is FULL. Contact Megan at megan@sbgarden.org to put your name on a waitlist and receive emails for similar workshops in the future.
